1. Reorganize the republican state state company "Republican Research Institution on Labor Protection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Republican research institution on labor protection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the field of scientific research, commercializations of results of scientific activities.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 03.06.2022 No. 361
