About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2016 No. 78 "About measures for increase in efficiency of social and economic complex of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1.1. third subitem 1.7 of Item 1 to exclude subitem 1.6 and the paragraph;

1.2. state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Ensuring servicing and timely repayment of debt obligations:

To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank:

pursue the balanced macroeconomic policy directed to building-up of the state gold and foreign exchange reserves to economically safe level covering three-months commodity import (works, services) and also short-term debt obligations of the Republic of Belarus in foreign currency;

provide timely and complete obligation fulfillment under the personal responsibility:

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus - on repayment of public debt of the Republic of Belarus;

The chairman of the board of National Bank - on repayment of debt obligations of National Bank;

chairmen of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom - on debt repayment of local authorities and self-government;

heads of the organizations, including banks, - on debt repayment of these organizations, and also organizations, owners of property (members) of whom they are.";

1.3. in the paragraph the second subitem 4.1 of item 4 of the word "currency debt of the Government" shall be replaced with words "public debt".

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
