About modification of the Order of the Government No. 694/2018 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly allowance for hiring of housing by the contract serviceman of National army

1. In the Order of the Government No. 694/2018 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly allowance for hiring of housing by the contract serviceman of National army (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 285-294, 812) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in the name and in Item 1 of the word of "National army" shall be replaced with words "Armed forces";

b) add Item 2 with the words "and Ministry of Internal Affairs";

2) in the Provision:

a) in the name and in Item 1 of the word of "National army" shall be replaced with words "Armed forces";

b) in Item 3:

shall be replaced with words the words "not exceeding official pay rate of the employer" "not exceeding the main base rate for payroll calculation of workers of the budget sphere in the current year";

add with the following offer: "The specified main base rate is established annually by the law on the government budget.";
