About enhancement of rule-making activities
For the purpose of increase in legal quality of drafts of legal acts, implementations of electronic document management in rule-making activities, creations of optimal conditions for interaction of state bodies and organizations in the course of preparation, acceptances and informing everyone legal acts I decide:
1. Make additions and changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 1).
2. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
in interaction with the National center of legal information since 2019 to create necessary conditions for operation, program and technical maintenance and further development of the automated information system providing forming of the National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of the organization of complex interaction of state bodies and the organizations at all stages of rule-making process;
provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and take other measures for its realization.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 of appendix 1 - in month after official publication of this Decree;
the paragraph of the seventh of Item 12 of appendix 1 - since August 1, 2019;
