About approval of report form about results of placement of shares of mutual investment fund
According to Item 3 of article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About investment funds" and Item 2 of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the security market", the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:
1. Approve report form about results of placement of shares of mutual investment fund according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. The report on results of placement of shares of mutual investment fund is submitted on paper in duplicate (in the state and Russian languages) and on the electronic medium in the Acrobat Reader format (without the information about owners of shares of mutual investment fund) with the statement for consideration of the report on results of placement of shares.
The agency opens information provided within reports on results of their placement of shares on the official website or at the request of interested persons.
3. If after six months from the date of submission of the last report on results of placement of shares of mutual investment fund placement of shares of mutual investment fund was not made, the managing company represents to the Agency the notification on non-stationing of shares of mutual investment fund in form according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
