Assuming as a basis part 2 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About currency control and currency exchange control", article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts" and considering need of ensuring stability of financial system, prevention of economic risks, fight against turnover of the means received in the criminal way, and terrorism financing, the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. Approve "Procedure for transportation, delivery, import, export and declaring of currency values" according to Appendix 1 it (is applied).

2. From coming into force of this Resolution to recognize the Resolution of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia of August 26, 1998 No. 173 about approval of procedure "Export by banks of the Republic of Armenia and branches of foreign banks of cash foreign currency and the securities expressed in foreign currency" and submissions to the Government of the Republic of Armenia invalid.

3. This Resolution becomes effective for the 10th day after its official publication.
