About measures for acceleration of realization of separate objects of state-owned property for zero redemption value

For the purpose of acceleration of realization of low-profitable, unprofitable and economically insolvent state companies, low-liquid objects and the state assets of the privatized companies to real owners, and also broad attraction of direct investments for upgrade and technological retrofitting of the privatized companies the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the State Property Committee, Ministry of Economics, Committee on cases on economic insolvency of the companies under the Ministry to economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan about realization on competitive basis on zero redemption value under investment obligations of objects of state-owned property according to appendix No. 1.

2. To the territorial commissions on realization to investors of low-profitable, unprofitable, economically insolvent state companies and low-liquid objects on zero redemption value together with territorial authorities of the Agency on management of the state assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan on each company and object specified in appendix No. 1 to this resolution before exposure them on tenders:

develop the optimum restructuring plan of their production rooms and the occupied parcels of land depending on specific conditions of the companies and objects;

if necessary to provide in these plans preliminary separation of the large enterprises and objects having the big floor and auxiliary spaces placed in several buildings and constructions and also the big sizes of the occupied parcels of land into several implementable property complexes and the parcels of land;

direct tender sales terms of the companies and objects on zero redemption value to approval in State commission on holding tenders in case of sale of state-owned property to foreign investors.

3. State commission on holding tenders in case of sale of state-owned property to foreign investors, Agency on management of the state assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

establish tough monitoring of realization of low-profitable, unprofitable, economically insolvent state companies, low-liquid objects and the state assets on zero redemption value, and also behind the course of accomplishment by investors of the assumed investment obligations;

establish systematic control of observance by the territorial commissions on realization to investors of low-profitable, unprofitable, economically insolvent state companies and low-liquid objects on zero redemption value and territorial authorities of the Agency on management of the state assets of established procedure of holding tenders.

4. To agency on management of the state assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Broadcasting company of Uzbekistan to organize system work on extended coverage in mass media of the course of realization of the state low-profitable, unprofitable, economically insolvent companies, low-quick assets and objects on zero redemption value to domestic and foreign investors, and also real results of accomplishment by investors of investment obligations.

5. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
