In pursuance of requirements of the Law No. 185 of 21.09.2017 "about entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts" and for the purpose of uniform application of the existing customs legislation, and also according to provision of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (it is reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also according to Items 7, the 8th regulations of Customs Service accepted by the Order of the Government No. 4/2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 3-5, 15), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to the Art.:

1. In column 44 - "MENTIUNI SPECIALE; DOCUMENTE ANEXATE/CERTIFICATE Sl AUTORIZATII" appendices No. 1, Section III, item. "And" to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-0/2009, paragraph 2 to change and state in the following edition:

"In case of outward processing or completion of the procedure on conversion on customs area, conversions under customs control of temporary import or customs warehouse in the last number of the column the code and through fraction number of the permission/act issued by customs authority for preferential economic customs regime is specified.
