1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2016 No. 38 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions" the following changes:
1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on the paragraph of third of part one of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming, financing, accomplishment and efficiency evaluation of implementation of state programs approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2016 No. 289, of subitem 5.5 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2017 No. 40, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions it (is applied).";
