About classification of forms of retail trade
Based on the paragraph of the fourth subitem 1.10 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 128-Z "About state regulation of trade and public catering in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that:
1.1. the form of retail trade is understood as method of the organization of trade engineering procedure depending on type of the shopping facility, acceptances and methods by means of which the sales of goods are performed;
1.2. retail trade is performed in the following forms:
commission trade - the retail trade performed in the commission shop or commission section in case of which the subject of trade performs sales of goods accepted under the commission agreement from citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens, stateless persons;
trade in stationary shopping facilities - the retail trade performed in the shopping facilities representing capital structure (the building, construction) attached to engineering communications or its part (parts) equipped with trading equipment;
trade in non-stationary shopping facilities - the retail trade performed in the shopping facilities representing the temporary design which is not capital structure (the building, construction) or its part regardless of accession or non-alignment to engineering communications from the portable funds of delivery trade equipped with trading equipment and also from portable means of peddling trade;
