Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2017 No. 1135 "About reference of products to the industrial output which does not have the analogs made in the Russian Federation, and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 40, Art. 5843; 2018, No. 1, Art. 345; No. 26, Art. 3855).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2017 No. 1135

1. In Rules of reference of products to the industrial output which does not have the analogs made in the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:

a) add with Item 5 (1) the following content:

"5(1). The application is submitted concerning each product name.";

b) in Item 15:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"15. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation keeps the list of the issued conclusions (further - the list).";

in paragraph three to replace the word "products" with the word "it";

c) add with Item 17 (1) the following content:

"17(1). The application is submitted concerning each product name.";

d) to add the subitem "b" of Item 18 with the offer of the following content: "In case of submission of the documents constituted in foreign language the translation into Russian certified in accordance with the established procedure is applied to them;";
