3. Recognize invalid:

I. General provisions

The administrative regulations of the Federal Customs Service on provision of the state service in maintaining the register of customs carriers (further - Administrative regulations) determine procedure of procedures (actions) of the Federal Customs Service for inclusion of legal entities in the register of customs carriers (further - the Register), to their exception of the Register by the statement, modification of the Register, and also order of interaction between structural divisions of FCS of Russia and its officials, order of interaction between FCS of Russia and the legal entities applying for inclusion in the Register or included in the Register and also other public authorities participating in provision of the state service in maintaining the Register (further - the state service).

4) results of provision of the state service, procedure for submission of the document which is result of provision of the state service;

5) the amount of the state tax collected for provision of the state service;

6) the exhaustive list of the bases for refusal in provision of the state service;

7) information on the Applicant's right to pre-judicial (extrajudicial) appeal of actions (failure to act) and the decisions made (performed) during provision of the state service;

8) the forms of statements (notifications, messages) used by provision of the state service.
