About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About natural monopolies"
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About natural monopolies" and for the purpose of ensuring regulation of activities of subjects of the Cabinet of Ministers natural monopolies decides:
1. Determine that the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan is authorized body of price regulation of activities of subjects of natural monopolies.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for price fixation (rates) for goods (works, services) subjects of natural monopolies according to the appendix N1.
3. Excluded
4. Recognize invalid decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the appendix N2.
5. To the ministries and departments to bring departmental regulations into accord with this resolution in a month.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the deputy prime minister Uzbekistan Azimova R. S.
