RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2016 No. 45

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2016 No. 45 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (crop production) "The report on harvesting of crops" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:

1.1. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (crop production) "The report on harvesting of crops" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report as of December 1, 2016;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (crop production) "The report on harvesting of crops" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report as of December 1, 2016";

1.2. exclude Item 2;

1.3. in Item 3 of the word "Item 1" shall be replaced with words "subitem 1.1 of Item 1";

1.4. in the form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (crop production) "The report on harvesting of crops", approved by this resolution:

in the detail "Information on Responsibility" of the word "according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "according to legal acts";

in the detail "Index and Code of Form" of figure "0606021" to replace with figures "0621004";
