About modification of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of public welfare payments for special merits before the state approved by the Order of the Government No. 1413/2003

Based on article 22-5 of the Law No. 21/2013 on creative specialists and the creative unions (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 201) DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of public welfare payments for special merits before the state approved by the Order of the Government No. 1413/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 239-242, 1466), to make the following changes:

Item 1 to add 1) with the text "and part (4) article 22/5 of the Law No. 21/2013 on creative specialists and the creative unions";

Paragraph one of Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"The right to personal benefit is had:

1) the receivers of the pensions or the public social benefits established according to the national legal system, entering one of the following categories:

a) persons awarded with the state awards based on the Law No. 1123/1992 on the state awards of the Republic of Moldova;

b) persons awarded with the state awards of the former USSR equated to the state awards of the Republic of Moldova by the Resolution of Parliament No. 533/1995 on the rights of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova awarded with the state awards of the former USSR;

2) receivers of the allowance for merits granted based on the Law No. 21/2013 on creative specialists and the creative unions, awarded the order "Ordinul Republicii", the citizens of the Republic of Moldova living in the territory of the Republic of Moldova which establishes pension entitlement or the public social benefit in other state.";

3) item 4 in paragraph one:
