1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To Department of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month:

develop and approve procedure according to which data on indexes of average duration of interruption of system operation (SAIDI) and average frequency of interruptions of system operation (SAIFI), including the closing statement on the actual shutdowns, are subject to the quarterly publication on the official website of the ministry and the Portal of open data of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. S. Sultanov.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the List of documents of allowing nature in the field of business activity approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 15, 2013 No. 225 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 8, the Art. 55):

a) in the column "Body, Authorized to Issue the Document of Allowing Nature" of line item of the 46th word "GI "Uzgosenergonadzor"" to replace with the word "Uzenergoinspektion";

b) 47 and 48 to exclude line items.

2. In appendix No. 5 to the Regulations on procedure for passing of allowing procedures in the State committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 6, 2017 No. 360 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 6, the Art. 95):

a) 14.8 and 14.9 to exclude line items;

b) in Item 1 of the note of the word "subitems 14.7 - 14.8" shall be replaced with words "subitem 14.7".

3. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 31, 2018 No. 256 "About approval of administrative regulations of rendering the state services in connection to engineering and communication networks" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 3, the Art. 73):

a) in appendix No. 1:

"4. The procedure of connection of consumers to power networks provides:

development of specifications (in case of construction of new object it is performed within development of architectural and planning task);

registration and approval of the Act of connection of electroinstallations of consumers to power networks (further - the Act).

develops the project of electric utility service for consumers of electrical energy capacity over 20 kW (in case of interest of the consumer);

considers the project of electric utility service for consumers of electrical energy capacity over 20 kW prepared by other project organizations;

performs construction and commissioning for consumers of electrical energy (in case of interest of the consumer);

draws up and approves the Act;

b) the project, construction and commissioning organizations perform project, construction and commissioning (in case of interest of the consumer);

c) Inspectorate for control in power industry in case of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Uzenergoinspektion):

approves the project of electric utility service for consumers of electrical energy capacity over 20 kW;

determines readiness of electroinstallations of consumers of electrical energy capacity over 20 kW to operation with the subsequent signing of the Act;

d) The bureau of forced execution under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Bureau) participates in sealing of system of accounting of electrical energy";

in Item 6 of the word "GI "Uzgosenergonadzor"" to replace with the word "Uzenergoinspektsiy";

"20. Installation and construction works on connection to power network of electroinstallations by capacity to 20 kW are inclusive carried out by PTES or other construction organizations in the terms established in contracts for carrying out these works";
