About modification and amendments in the Regulations on the state companies approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 16, 2006 No. 215
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 17, 2019 the No. UP-5635 "About the State Program on Strategy Implementation of Actions in Five Priority Directions of Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021 in " Year of Active Investments and Social Development "" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make change and addition to the Regulations on the state companies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 16, 2006 No. 215 (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 42, the Art. 417) according to appendix.
2. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance D. A. Kuchkarov and the chairman of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. A. Musayev.
