About questions of accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the international scheme of certification of the Kimberley process

For the purpose of realization of the Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of gemstones approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30, according to article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About precious metals and gemstones" articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Express consent on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the international scheme of certification of the Kimberley process.

2. Approve Rules of import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the rough natural diamonds taking into account the international scheme of certification of the Kimberley process according to appendix.

3. To department of precious metals under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic within the powers to exercise the state control when importing to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the rough natural diamonds taking into account the international scheme of certification of the Kimberley process.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify through diplomatic channels of the Chairman of the international scheme of certification of the Kimberley process on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the mentioned international scheme of certification of the Kimberley process.
