About modification of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 135

Make changes to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 135 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, of the Art. 716), having added it after the paragraph of third with new paragraphs of such content:

"in case of representation by subjects of managing to the managers of budgetary funds determined by decisions on the relevant budgets according to the legislation, reports on the medicines allotted till March 31, 2019 (inclusive) according to the recipes which are written out on paper prescription forms in form according to appendix compensation of their cost it can be performed at the expense of subvention remaining balance from the government budget to local budgets on cost recovery of medicines for treatment of the separate diseases provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2019";

local councils to the local budgets having in case of need the right in addition over subvention amounts from the government budget on cost recovery of medicines for treatment of separate diseases to make decisions concerning implementation of compensation from local budgets of cost of the medicines allotted by subjects of managing till March 31, 2019 (inclusive);".
