According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About general conscription and military service", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 16, 2017 No. UP-5156 "About Radical Measures for Enhancement of Procedure for Departure of Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abroad", resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2018 No. PP-4061 "About additional measures for patriotic and physical training of youth and enhancement of procedure for training of recruits for military and technical specialties" and of January 17, 2019 No. PP-4122 "About measures for further enhancement of system of preparation of officer personnel in the field of information and communication technologies and communication", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for registration and issue of military documents, selection and Regulations of Admission in the highest military educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning social development A. A. Abdukhakimov and the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. N. Kurbanov.
