DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of entering by the employer into banks of the country of employment of the guarantee fee and its size.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.01.2012 No. 124
in the Rules of rendering the intermediary help to citizens on employment abroad approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The agreement shall contain the obligation of the foreign employer about guaranteeing return of workers to the Republic of Kazakhstan confirmed by documents on entering of guarantee and mortgage fee into banks of the country of employment.".
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
