1. Determine the main objectives and activities of the Agency on attraction of foreign investments under the Ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
participation in realization of the single state investment policy directed to attraction in economy of the republic of foreign investments, creating favorable conditions for foreign investors taking into account economic, social and ecological interests of the country;
information, legal and other support of foreign investors, and also assistance by it in the organization of interaction with state bodies and the organizations, domestic entrepreneurs in the field of investing activities;
forming and maintaining the information database of perspective and implementable investment projects with participation of foreign investments, conducting system monitoring of condition of their realization;
the organization of broad promotion and promotion of economic, resource and investment potential of the republic, carrying out explanatory work among foreign business community, including by means of mass media, about the created favorable conditions, guarantees, privileges and preferences provided to foreign investors;
every possible assistance in forming and maintenance of positive international image of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Approve Regulations on the Agency on attraction of foreign investments under the Ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency) according to appendix.
