Approve Changes in the Procedure for forming of investing programs of licensees on transfer of electrical energy by the high-level and interstate power networks and on production of heat and/or electrical energy on nuclear power plants, hydroelectric power stations and pumped storage power plants, approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of June 30, 2015 No. 1972, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2015 for No. 840/27285, which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
