According to the Order GTI "About Application of the Special Simplified Procedures of Customs Clearance and Control" of January 30, 2006 I specify No. 5-11/24,:
1. Apply the special simplified procedures of customs clearance and control to the faces included in the List of persons to which to apply the special simplified procedures of customs clearance and control (further - the List) according to appendix No. 1 to this Instruction.
2. Resolve on customs posts organizational matters on application of the special simplified procedures of customs clearance and control to the faces included in the List.
To the faces which are not included in the List in case of production of customs clearance to perform the customs declaration and goods according to Article 311 of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic using necessary forms of customs control.
3. Place at information stands of customs authorities information on application of the special simplified procedures of customs clearance and control specified in appendix 2 to this Instruction.
4. I confer responsibility on execution of this Instruction personally on chiefs of customs authorities.
5. To general department (D. Omurbekov) to bring this Instruction to chiefs of customs authorities.
