About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2016 No. 205
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2016 No. 205 "About approval of the State program "Environmental protection and steady use of natural resources" for 2016-2020" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 1:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
1.2. in the State program "Environmental protection and steady use of natural resources" for 2016-2020 approved by this resolution:
to state part one of Chapter 3 in the following edition:
"The basic principles and the directions of realization of environmental policy in the country are determined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 No. 1982-XII "About environmental protection", the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2005 No. 60-Z "About approval of the Main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the Republic of Belarus", the Concept of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2010 No. 575, the National strategy of sustainable social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for the period till 2030 and also international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.";
the second Chapter 4 to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"actions in the field of environmental protection which realization is enabled according to the State investing program for 2019 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2019 No. 71, according to appendix 10 (the customer - the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection).";
in part two of Chapter 5 of the word "553 656 209, 82 rubles" shall be replaced with words "551 474 323, the 7th ruble";
the twenty fourth Chapter 6 to state part in the following edition:
"The total amount of financing of the subprogramme 1 will constitute 308 873 627, the 05th ruble, including at the expense of means of the republican budget - 63 298 252, the 6th ruble, at the expense of means of the organizations - 245 575 374, the 45th ruble.";
in Chapter 7:
in word part three", the Belarusian SSR ratified by the Decree of Presidium of the Supreme Council of May 14, 1980 "About ratification of the Convention on cross-border air pollution on long distances" (SZ BSSR, 1980, No. 14, of the Art. 312) "shall be replaced with words" of November 13, 1979, the Belarusian SSR ratified by the Decree of Presidium of the Supreme Council of May 14, 1980 No. 175-X "About ratification of the Convention on cross-border air pollution on long distances";

the twenty eighth to state part in the following edition:
"On financing of complex of actions of the subprogramme 2 it will be required 79 590 384, the 7th ruble, including:
79 461 384, the 7th ruble - means of the republican budget;
129 000 rubles - own means of the organizations.";
from part three of Chapter 8 of the word" (2004, No. 1, 1/5208)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;
in Chapter 9:

817 600 rubles - own means of the organizations;
77 000 rubles - means of the international technical assistance.";
the nineteenth Chapter 10 to state part in the following edition:
"On financing of the 5th complex of actions provided in the subprogramme 3 rubles will be required 14 823 872,, including:
5 070 072, 3 rubles - means of the republican budget;
9 646 800 rubles - own means of the organizations;
107 000 rubles - means of the international technical assistance.";
