1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2016 No. 19 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions of state programs" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from preamble of the word "About Procedure for Forming, Financing, Accomplishment and Efficiency Evaluation of Implementation of State Programs" and "Questions of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions of state programs it (is applied).";
1.3. in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions of state programs approved by this resolution:
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
