About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1147

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1147 "About prohibition of import to customs area of Ukraine of the goods coming from the Russian Federation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 3, the Art. 180, No. 55, Art. 1918; 2019, No. 2, the Art. 45, No. 32, the Art. 1155) with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 15, 2019 No. 535, changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1147

1. In the resolution:

1) in Item 1:

words and figures "till December 31, 2019" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till December 31, 2020";

add Item with paragraphs of the following content:

"Determine that:

and their customs clearance are resolved commodity importation according to the list according to appendix on the amount of Ukraine made by business entities of advance payment for delivery of such goods if the specified advance payment was performed before enforcement of the prohibition applied by this resolution and on condition of preliminary receipt of documentary confirmation of implementation of such advance payment by the Public fiscal service from bank institution according to the appeal of business entity of Ukraine;
