About prohibition of import to customs area of Ukraine of the goods coming from the Russian Federation

Due to the introduction by the Government of the Russian Federation in action of the decision on prohibition of import to customs area of the Russian Federation of goods of agricultural purpose, products and raw materials, coming from Ukraine that causes significant damage and limits implementation of legitimate rights and interests of subjects of foreign economic activity of Ukraine and according to part eleven of article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Prohibit till December 31, 2025 years of year (inclusive) import to customs area of Ukraine of the goods coming from the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

Determine that:

and their customs clearance are resolved commodity importation according to the list according to appendix on the amount of Ukraine made by business entities of advance payment for delivery of such goods if the specified advance payment was performed before enforcement of the prohibition applied by this resolution and on condition of preliminary receipt of documentary confirmation of implementation of such advance payment by the State Customs Service from bank institution according to the appeal of business entity of Ukraine;

The State Customs Service keeps the electronic register of the confirmations of implementation of advance payment received from bank institutions for deliveries of goods by business entities of Ukraine, informs such subjects on receipt of confirmations and provides access of customs to the specified register;
