About modification of Rules of provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 9, 2015 No. 1085 "About approval of Rules of provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 42, Art. 5796; 2018, No. 50, Art. 7764).

1. State Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Action of these rules does not extend to the funds of placement used for implementation of the main activities of the organizations of rest and improvement of children, the medical organizations, the organizations of social servicing, the sports organizations, the centralized religious organizations and also for campings, hostels and other means of placement in which hotel services are not provided.".
