1. Recognize invalid the regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state supervision in the field of consumer protection, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

2. Cancel the regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state supervision in the field of consumer protection, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

3. Item 9 of appendix No. 4 to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 13, 2020 No. 857 "About recognition of not acting in the territory of the Russian Federation acts and separate regulations of the acts issued by the central state bodies of RSFSR and the USSR and also of cancellation of the act of federal executive body of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 25, the Art. 3903) to exclude.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021, except for Item 3 of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of its official publication.
