For the purpose of further development in the Republic of Belarus of productions of military weapon and ammunition to it I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for turnover of military weapon and ammunition to it in the organizations performing their production it (is applied).

2. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

3. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. To add subitem 3.4 of Item 3 of the Procedure for turnover of the office and civil weapon and ammunition to it in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2002 No. 473, after the words "production of weapon" with words "(including by performance of works with fire small arms owing to which it loses properties of military weapon)".
