Article 1

Bring in article 33 of the Federal Law of November 24, 1995 No. 181-FZ "About social protection of disabled people in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 48, Art. 4563; 1999, No. 2, Art. 232; 2011, No. 45, Art. 6329; 2012, No. 29, Art. 3990) following changes:

Part the seventh to state 1) in the following edition:

"On limited liability companies which members are only the all-Russian public associations of disabled people and (or) their departments (territorial subdivisions) operation of the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 No. 209-FZ "On development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation" expatiates in case of compliance of such limited liability companies to requirements, the established specified Federal Law and provided that data on such limited liability companies are entered in the unified register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship.";

To add 2) with parts eight and the ninth the following content:

"The all-Russian public associations of disabled people specified in part seven of this Article inform the federal executive body authorized in the field of registration of non-profit organizations on creation (the activities termination) of the departments (territorial subdivisions) within one month from the date of creation (the activities termination) of department (territorial subdivision) with application of a copy of the protocol of constituent congress (conference) or general meeting of the relevant department (territorial subdivision).
