1. Create:

- The state agency on land resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic based on Department of the inventory and registration of the rights to real estate under the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Public institution "Inventory" under the State agency on land resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic by merge of local registration authorities of Department of the inventory and registration of the rights to real estate under the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1.

2. Transfer to the jurisdiction of the State agency on land resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- The state company "The state design institute on land management Kyrgyzgiprozem of the Ministry of Agriculture, the food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic with the respective state of workers, budget financing and material and technical resources;

- The public kartografo-geodetic service under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic with the respective state of workers, budget financing and material and technical resources.
