According to the paragraph the fourth subitem 1.8 of Item 1 and item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2019 "About purchases of goods (works, services) in case of construction" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 223

1. Approve the list of objects of the Belarusian power system * on which the right to perform construction without holding procedures of purchases of goods (works, services) in case of construction is granted and procedures of public procurements of goods (works, services) it (is applied).

* For the purposes of this resolution objects of the Belarusian power system are understood as set of the power generation facilities (power plants, boiler rooms, hydraulic engineering constructions, substations, power lines, thermal networks or other technological installations) connected by single production process of electrical and heat energy, its transfer and distribution in the conditions of centralized supervisory control, production of local types of fuel, and also objects of system of gas distribution and gas consumption.

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2014 No. 683 "About approval of the list of objects of the Belarusian power system on which the right to perform construction without holding procedures of purchases of goods (works, services) in case of construction and procedures of public procurements is granted";

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2014 No. 857 "About entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2014 No. 683";
