1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 30.06.2022 No. 348.

2. Establish procedure according to which the realization of motor gasoline of the Ai-91 brand is enabled through the exchange biddings since August 15, 2019.

3. To JSC Uzbekneftegaz, JSC Uztransgaz and their territorial companies, branches, and also the business entities enabling the realization of motor gasoline at gas stations, the natural (compressed) gas at automobile gas-filling compressor stations together with Inspectorate for control of use of oil products and gas in case of the Department of Energy and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make as of August 15, 2019 revaluation of remaining balance of motor gasoline at gas stations, natural gas at automobile gas-filling compressor stations and the liquefied gas on gas-filling Items and stations.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 15.09.2023 No. 475

5. Determine that in case of implementation of payment in advance for amounts of electrical energy (including active, reactive energy) and natural gas before entry into force of this resolution, residential customers (population) are exempted from introduction of additional payments in case of change of rate for the term of no more next 6 months from the date of payment.
