1. Approve the prices of the fuel and energy resources which are becoming effective since October 1, 2023 according to appendix No. 1.
Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 12, 2018 No. 22 calculation of payments for the electrical energy used by large consumers of electrical energy - legal entities during the night period (from 22-00 till 24-00 o'clock and from 00-00 till 06-00 o'clock), is performed using decreasing coefficient in the amount of 1,5 to the established rate.
2. The interdepartmental tariff commission under the Cabinet of Ministers since October 1, 2023 to review and approve:
rates for production, transfer, distribution, realization of natural gas and electrical energy and rates for production of heat energy;
procedure for distribution of the means arriving from consumers and wholesale resellers of electrical and heat energy, and also natural gas;
rates for services in freight and passenger traffic by railway transport and other rates.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent to recommend to establish new rates for services of heat supply, water supply and the sewerage, service in transportation of passengers on urban passenger transportation (except for share and linear taxis).
At the same time to determine that the established prices for services of heat supply for the population in the current autumn and winter season will not raise.
