In paragraph six of part 3 and part 9 of article 48 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About banking activity" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 331; 2010, No. 7, Art. 555; 2011, No. 12, Art. 846; 2013, No. 11, sg. 786; 2014, No. 11, Art. 663; 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 532) words to "legal executive", "legal executive" respectively shall be replaced with words to "the contractor of body of execution", "the contractor of body of execution".
