About modification of the Payment procedure of pensions and the monetary assistance through current accounts in banks

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Payment procedure of pensions and the monetary assistance through current accounts in banks approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 1999 No. 1596 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 35, Art. 1803; 2016, No. 79, Art. 2636), following changes:

The paragraph third Item 13 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Under the agreements specified in Item 3 presents of the Procedure and with technical capabilities of the parties of these agreements lists can move electronically with use of means of the qualified digital signature or seal which contain the built-in hardware and software providing protection of the data which are written down on them against unauthorized access, direct acquaintance with parameter value of personal keys and their copying.";

"*" to appendix 2 to the Procedure for the word and figure "No more than 19 symbols" shall be replaced with words 2) in footnote and in figures "Consists of 29 alphanumeric symbols".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 2 of Item 1 of this resolution which becomes effective since August 5, 2019.
