1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the organization of safe use and content of elevators, lift platforms for disabled people, passenger conveyors (moving walking paths) and escalators, except for escalators in the subways approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 24, 2017 No. 743 "About the organization of safe use and content of elevators, lift platforms for disabled people, passenger conveyors (moving walking paths), escalators, except for escalators in the subways" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 27, the Art. 4044).
2. For the purpose of registration of elevators, lift platforms for disabled people, passenger conveyors (moving walking paths) and escalators, except for escalators in the subways which installation is performed in the buildings (constructions) put into operation before entry into force of this resolution owners of these objects send to the relevant authorized body of the Russian Federation on ensuring the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union "Safety of elevators" and "About safety of machines and the equipment" in time, not exceeding 6 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution, the notification on input of such objects in operation in the form approved according to Item 13 of the Rules specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
