About formation of Coordination council under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the questions connected with Green climatic fund
According to Article 13 of the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" for the purpose of ensuring cooperation, regulation and coordination of activities of state bodies and the organizations with Green climatic fund, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan DECIDES:
1. Form Coordination council under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the questions connected with Green climatic fund.
2. Approve structure of Coordination council under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the questions connected with Green climatic fund and its provision (appendices 1 and 2).
3. Determine Committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan by national authorized body by the questions connected with Green climatic fund.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the secretariat of Green climatic fund on adoption of this resolution.
