1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget to the Ukrainian institute of the book for support of publishing case and promoting of the Ukrainian literature in the world which is applied.

2. In paragraph one of Item 17 of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2016 No. 710 "About effective use of public funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 83, Art. 2739; 2017, No. 100, Art. 3072; 2018, No. 96, Art. 3178; 2019, 7, the Art. 215, No. 47, the Art. 1608) words "To the Frankfurt international book fair and" to exclude No., and shall be replaced with words the words "in the international and national actions" "in All-Ukrainian and international actions".

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
