Bring in the list of bodies of licensing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2015 No. 609 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 68, the Art. 2232), changes which are applied.

1. State Item 5 in the following edition: "5. MON educational activities in the field of the higher, post-qualifying, professional prehigher, professional (professional) education".
2. Add the list with Item 5-1 of the following content: "5-1. Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations educational activities in the field of preschool, general secondary and out-of-school education".
3. In Items 24 and 26 in the column "Name of Body of Licensing" of the word "regional, Kiev city state administrations" shall be replaced with words "The Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations".
4. State Item 25 in the following edition: "25. NKREKP activities in the field of power industry oil transportation, oil products the bulk distribution line activities in the natural gas market".
