About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2012 No. 323

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2012 No. 323 "About realization of natural gas at the organized biddings and introduction of amendments to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning state regulation of gas prices and access to gas-transport system of Gazprom open joint stock company (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 17, Art. 1997; 2013, No. 36, Art. 4578; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3566; 2015, No. 37, Art. 5153).
2. Item of 6 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning gas sale in the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2014 No. 566 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning gas sale in the Russian Federation" (Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 26, Art. 3566), to declare invalid in the part concerning the paragraph of third Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2012 No. 323 "About realization of natural gas at commodity exchanges and introduction of amendments to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning state regulation of gas prices and access to gas-transport system of Gazprom open joint stock company.
