About realization of natural gas at the organized biddings and introduction of amendments to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning state regulation of gas prices and access to gas-transport system of Gazprom public joint stock company

For the purpose of development of the market principles of pricing on gas the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Permit Gazprom public joint stock company and its affiliates to realize the natural gas extracted by them at the organized biddings in amount to 25 billion cubic meters a year.

The realization of natural gas in the specified amounts is enabled only in the domestic market of the Russian Federation taking into account ensuring accomplishment by Gazprom public joint stock company and its affiliates of obligations under earlier signed agreements.

2. Determine that:

the principles of state regulation of wholesale prices for natural gas provided by the Basic provisions of forming and state regulation of gas prices and rates for services in its transportation in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2000 No. 1021 are not applied to the natural gas realized according to this resolution;

the paragraph third ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 17.08.2019 No. 1063

3. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Federal Antimonopoly Service to carry out monitoring of natural gas prices on which the biddings at the organized biddings are performed.
