- Regulations on procedure for suspension of participation of state member in activities of bodies of the Collective Security Treaty Organization or its exception of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (appendix No. 3);

- Regulations on the Certificate of honor of Council of collective security of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (appendix No. 4);

- Description of the Certificate of honor of Council of collective security of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (appendix No. 5).

It is made in the city of Astana on June 18, 2004 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
