Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 28, 2018 No. 433-FZ "About the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2019 and for planning period of 2020 and 2021" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 49, the Art. 7505) the following changes:

1) regarding 1 Article 1:

Article 2

Article 51 of the Federal Law of November 29, 2010 No. 326-FZ "About compulsory medical insurance in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 49, Art. 6422; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7047; 2012, No. 49, Art. 6758; 2013, No. 48, Art. 6165; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4269; No. 49, Art. 6927; 2015, No. 51, Art. 7245; 2017, No. 1, Art. 12, 13; 2018, No. 49, Art. 7509; No. 6, the Art. 464) to add 2019, with parts 8.2 and 8.3 of the following content:

"8.2. The subvention amount from the budget of Federal fund provided in 2019 to the budget of territorial fund of the city of Baikonur is determined according to established by the Government of the Russian Federation procedure and conditions of distribution and provision of subventions from the budget of Federal fund to budgets of territorial funds proceeding from the number of insured persons in the city of Baikonur for January 1, 2019.

8.3. The annual amount of the budgetary appropriations provided in 2019 in city budget of Baikonur on compulsory medical insurance of the idle population is determined proceeding from the number of unemployed insured persons for January 1, 2019 in the city of Baikonur and rate of insurance premium for compulsory medical insurance of the idle population in the city of Baikonur.".

Article 3

1. The subvention amount from the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund provided in 2019 to the budget of territorial fund of the city of Baikonur about day of entry into force of this Federal Law is considered in volume of the subvention provided to the budget of territorial fund of the city of Baikonur according to the Federal Law of November 28, 2018 No. 433-FZ "About the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2019 and for planning period of 2020 and 2021" (in edition of this Federal Law).

2. The amount of insurance premiums for compulsory medical insurance of the idle population paid by the insurer for unemployed citizens of Baikonur about day of entry into force of this Federal Law is considered in volume of the budgetary appropriations provided in city budget of Baikonur on compulsory medical insurance of the idle population, which are subject to transfer in 2019 in the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund according to the Federal Law of November 29, 2010 No. 326-FZ "About compulsory medical insurance in the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law).
