1. 2. Determine that subjects of managing or agricultural producers who received in 2019 before entry into force of this resolution the state support according to Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of livestock production, storage and conversion of agricultural products, aquaculture (fish breeding), the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 7, 2018 No. 107, on the amount exceeding 150 million hryvnias do not return the received budgetary funds, except the cases provided by paragraphs the thirty first and thirty second Item 10, the paragraph the twenty fourth Item 11 and Item 13 of the specified Procedure.
