About modification of the Procedure for creation and use of material reserves for prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for creation and use of material reserves for prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 775 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 80, the Art. 2675), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for creation and use of material reserves for prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations

1. To add Item 2 after the paragraph of third with new paragraphs of the following content:

"refreshening of material values of material reserve - leave of material values from material reserve in connection with the expiration of fixed term of storage of material values, container, packaging, and also owing to emergence of circumstances which can lead to spoil or quality degradation of products before the termination of term of its storage, on condition of simultaneous or subsequent compulsory delivery and backlog in material reserve of the same amount of similar material values;

replacement of material values of material reserve - leave of material values from material reserve in connection with change of standards and manufacturing techniques of products in case of simultaneous bookmarks in material reserve of the same amount of similar or other same material values.".
