Approve Regulations on procedure for creation of rescue and fire fighting divisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan in areas, the cities and other settlements of the republic, on the objects having especially important state value or raised pozharo-and potential of explosion, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Determine that the expenses connected with execution of this resolution are performed within the budgetary appropriations allocated to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also means received under contracts with the relevant organizations.
