About creation of republican public institution "Service of the central communications" in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to article 33 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 1995 "About the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I decide:

1. Create republican public institution "Service of the central communications" in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city Nour-Sultan (further - organization).

2. Establish the number of staff of organization in number of 33 units.

3. Determine authorized body concerning organization Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Determine that the director of organization is appointed to position and is dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to liquidate republican public institution "Service of the central communications" of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer of its property to organization;

2) to develop and submit in accordance with the established procedure for approval the charter of organization in a month;

3) to provide state registration of organization;

4) to take other measures following from this Decree.

6. To provide to Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan allocation of the room for placement of organization.

7. Make change and additions to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

8. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
